50HZ has two production bases, Winder Electric Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Demeilong Electric Co. Ltd.
Winder Electric Co. Ltd. was established in 1997 and occupies an area of 150,000m2. Located at Yangjiang, a coastal city in the west of Guangdong province, the company enjoys a convenient traffic. As a modern factory with professional skills, it produces and sells intelligent and electric kitchen appliances as well as plastic hardware, and is also engaged in mold design and manufacture. With complete functional departments and professional management talents, Winder has formed large-scale production and assembly systems by scientific management and highly-efficient operation. It’s a main production base of 50HZ.
Established at the beginning of 2004, Shenzhen Demeilong Electric Co. Ltd. is a R&D center of 50HZ and a production base for main parts of the products. R&D department has nearly 100 engineers and a fully-equipped laboratory with certificates from various international certification bodies. It can offer a dozen of new products to market every year. The production department has a production line with a monthly capacity of 600,000 motors and an assembly line with 200,000 machines.
With the enlargement of scale, both companies are improving their management and productivity. The second-phase construction design of factory buildings is under way in Winder Electric Co. Ltd., while the dormitory rebuilding project is being carried out in Shenzhen Demeilong Electric Co. Ltd.
